Sabine Hutto, CMT, a native from Germany, is a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist.  She has over 28 years of experience in providing medical massage therapy and more than eight years of teaching anatomy, physiology and bodywork in an accredited massage therapy school. She has specialized training with conventional orthopedics as well as bodywork in a hospital setting.  Sabine is also familiar with many specialty ares of complementary medicine, including clinical Nutrition, Iridology and Sclerology, and Colonhydrotherapy.
 
Sabine also offers the Arvigo Technique, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Manual Lymph Drainage, the BowenTechnique and Active Isolated Stretching. Sabine has taken courses in Oncology Massage and is a member for the Society for Oncology Massage(S4OM). Recently she joined The Teal Center at the Virginia
Hospital Center and is excited to be a part of the team.
 
Through assessment of a clients posture and movement patterns, Sabine emphasizes the importance of
body awareness and lifestyle changes that promote health and well being in her work with clients.
Being an avid athlete herself, Sabine enjoys working with athletes to enhance their performance to
reduce and prevent injuries.
 
Sabine's skills and experience combine to provide clients with unique treatments, clinically designed to
meet the specific needs and goals of individual clients.
